Reinventing a real estate business

A niche real estate business was battling cultural biases and possessed a brand name that did not lend any stature or relevance.

We started by articulating the brand story and discovered that simplicity and minimalism were at the core of the brand’s design aesthetics and business values.

We created the brand idea around its simplicity and consumer empathy. This led to the creation of a new name that retained a link to the heritage brand, and a new visual identity that infused their business vision into the brand. 

The new brand distanced the business from the negativity associated with the old name and brought them closer to the cosmopolitan homebuyer looking for simple design executed with the highest standards.
